A Vineland man is jailed for allegedly sexually assaulting his girlfriend's teenage daughter.
Luciano Dominguez-Trejo, 28, faces nine charges, including two counts of aggravated sexual assault, and one count each of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal restraint.
An investigation began in July, police said.
In an interview with detectives earlier this month, the girl told police that the attack happened in September of 2015, when she was 14 years old and her mother was dating Dominguez-Trejo.
The unnamed victim said she was sitting on the couch with Dominguez-Trejo, who was watching her while her mother worked, according to the affidavit of probable cause obtained by BreakingAC.
The girl said they were watching a game when Dominguez-Trejo suddenly got on top of her and started to attack her, continuing to kiss and grope her as she asked him to stop.
At one point, he held both of her wrists with one hand as he took off his pants, the affidavit said.
He also rubbed his naked genitals on hers, according to the charges.
Dominguez-Trejo was arrested Monday, and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
He has since been released, records show.
