A Galloway Township woman is jailed after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend with a knife Sunday.Police went to the home on Iroquois Drive after getting a 911 hang-up call, according to the affidavit obtained by BreakingAC.Tamara Owens and her boyfriend got into an argument after she caught him texting another woman, according to the account.Owens took the victim's jacket and started slashing it with a knife, the report said. This made the victim mad, and he began to strike and choke her. That is when Owens stabbed him in the rear of the arm, causing a puncture wound, the affidavit said.Neither she nor the victim was cooperative with police. But Owens' sister told police that Owens stabbed the victim.The couple has a 5-year-old son who was home at the time, according to a family member. But he was taken out of the home by another family member after the incident.Owens, 41, is charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses.She was taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
