A Galloway Township man was arrested after he allegedly gave a teenage relative a taser to use against another teen, and filmed the fight.
The incident began with two girls — ages 15 and 16 — fighting on Navajo Court just after 4 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
Shamir James, 26, allegedly gave the 15-year-old a taser, which she used multiple times against the older girl, according to the report.
James also allegedly pushed the older girl off his relative several times "so she could maintain the dominant position," police said.
The younger girl also is accused of using brass knuckles against the 16-year-old, although it was not clear if she got those from James as well.
James also is accused of filming the fight.
He is charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, improper behavior, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy.
He was taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
The 15-year-old was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose. She was released and charges are pending.
The 16-year-old suffered minor injuries and was turned over to a parent, police said.
