A Millville man was jailed after two guns and drugs were found during a car stop, State Police said.
Robert Bennett was stopped for a traffic violation in Deerfield Township at about 2 a.m. Saturday, according to the report.
During the stop, troopers from the Bridgeton Station found heroin and marijuana.
After further investigation, a .38-caliber revolver and .22-caliber rifle were found.
Bennett, 32, was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of an assault firearm, possession of a firearm conspiring to commit a violation, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.
He is in the Cumberland County Jail pending a detention hearing.
