Robert Jones' family has tried hospitals, jails and even organized search parties to find the missing man.
"We've gotten a few leads/sightings, but none of them panned out," said his aunt Celeste Watson.
It's not clear exactly when Jones, 47, went missing.
His family became concerned after learning June 8, that he hadn't been around his Jeffries Towers home.
That's when they started comparing notes and realized they hadn't seen him in about three weeks.
A Silver alert was issued that day for the man who has medical ailments that can leave him confused and disoriented.
"The family has been looking tirelessly for him without any success," Watson said. "We're beginning to think that maybe something has happened to him."
The family is also offering a small reward to the person with information that leads to him being located.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Atlantic City police at 609-347-5766 or text tip411 (847411), beginning the text with ACPD.
They can also reach out to Watson, either through Facebook or by calling 609-204-2160.
