A Galloway Township man was arrested with nearly four pounds of marijuana that he was allegedly packaging and selling from his home.
David J. Martinez, 32, was arrested after police seized 3.6 pounds of marijuana along with THC-infused edibles, vaping oils and wax, a scale and packaging materials inside his Eighth Avenue home.
Martinez also alleged had more than 50 Alprazolam pills, also known as Xanax.
Patrol officers had originally responded to the home for a disturbance, Galloway Township police said.
During the investigation by Patrolman Stephen Vernon and Detective Fenil Gandhi, they developed information that a resident was packaging and distributing CDS, according to the report.
A search was then obtained.
Martinez was charged with possession and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, and taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
He has since been released, records show.
