A bomb scare called in to a Pleasantville managed-care facility turned out to be nothing Saturday night, police said.
The Residential Alternatives on East Pacific Avenue received a call of a potential explosive device, Chief Sean Riggin said.
Police were called at about 9:30 p.m., and assessed the situation with help from the Atlantic City Bomb Squad.
Staff helped police clear the area.
The facility was found to be secure, Riggin said.
Residents were allowed by in by 10:40 p.m.
He thanked Tri-Care, the Pleasantville Fire Department and the Atlantic City Bomb Squad for their help.
