A teen was critically injured after an ATV crash in Mullica Township involving two allegedly drunken drivers.
Police were called to the 600 block of Columbia Road at 10:20 Friday night for a crash, according to the report.
Responding officers found the 14-year-old and a 42-year-old Egg Harbor Township man lying in the road with head injuries, police said.
The teen had been riding on the ATV driven by the man, James Kraus, police said.
Kraus sustained moderate injuries, and both he and the unnamed juvenile were taken to Cooper Health System in Camden.
The investigation found that the ATV crashed with another driven by Aaron Kraus, 20, also of Egg Harbor Township. The younger Kraus was riding with a 16-year-old passenger, who was treated for minor injuries at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.
When the two vehicles collided, one left the road and struck a tree, police said.
Both drivers are suspected of consuming alcohol before the crash, police said. They both face a wide range of traffic offenses as well as driving under the influence.
