A Bronx man has been arrested in an Atlantic City shooting that wounded a man last month.
Luis Mercado-Cabrera, 25, was already charged in the Feb. 26 shooting at Windsor and Ventnor avenues when police tracked him to New York, according to the report.
Detectives with Atlantic City's Violent Crimes Unit talked to detectives in New York, who found Mercado-Cabrera on March 21.
Mercado-Cabrera is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
He is being held at the Manhattan Detention Complex pending extradition back to Atlantic County.
He has a court date April 4, according to court records.
