Part of Atlantic Avenue is closed in Ventnor after a truck pulled down two poles Tuesday morning.
The street is closed from Troy to Rosborough avenues, Police Chief Doug Biagi said.
A cement truck hit a low-hanging wire, taking down two poles, he said.
