Three affordable housing apartment buildings in Atlantic City will be part of a rehabilitation project meant to rejuvenate the community.
WinnDevelopment is announcing today that it has acquired the Sencit Liberty scattered-site complex that includes Liberty, Schoolhouse and Disston apartments for a total of 153 units.
Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver is expected to attend the event along with Mayor Frank Gilliam and several councilmen.
“With the community’s support, we are happy to take a big step toward what we hope will be a brighter future for the neighborhood,” said Brett Meringoff, senior Vice President of WinnDevelopment.
