Two more deaths in Atlantic County from COVID-19

Two more Atlantic County residents have died as a result of the coronavirus, officials said.An 81-year-old woman from Egg Harbor Township and 47-year-old Brigantine man died.Both had underlying conditions.There are 25 newly confirmed cases. They consist of 15 men ages 28 to 81 and 10 women ages 29 to 98.

Atlantic County now has 198 confirmed cases, and six deaths. Twenty-six are listed as recovered.Newly confirmed cases included six more from Egg Harbor Township, five in Hamilton Township, three in Galloway Township, two each in Hammonton and Pleasantville, and one each in Atlantic City, Brigantine, Buena, Estell Manor, Linwood, Mullica and Weymouth.

  • Northfield: 3

  • Weymouth: 2
  • Buena Vista: 1
