Atlantic County testing continues as total hits 350 confirmed cases

Atlantic County hit 350 confirmed cases of coronavirus Thursday.
That number is expected to climb as public testing in the county started this week.Residents with prescriptions and an appointment lined up at the Atlantic County testing site Thursday, the second day of the public testing.
Appointments are also being made for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. next Tuesday and Thursday.
Those results can take about a week to come through.The newest confirmed cases include 10 men, ages 28 to 81 and 13 women, ages 24 to 77.
The county remains with 66 listed as recovered and 13 deaths.Four new cases were found in Egg Harbor Township and Pleasantville, with three cases reported in Hamilton Township. Buena, Galloway Township, Hammonton and Linwood each had two new positives. Absecon, Atlantic City, Margate and Northfield each had one new case.

Appointments for can be made on the county website at www.aclink.org. Those who are unable to keep their appointment are asked to cancel so someone else can fill their sport.
