A man was fatally shot in Atlantic City on Wednesday morning has been identified.
Police were called to the Madison Hotel on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 11:45 a.m. for the report of a shooting, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
Wayne Brown, 25, was found on the 11th floor with an apparent gunshot wound, according to the report.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and Atlantic City police are investigating.
