An Atlantic City man was arrested Thursday, 10 months after he was charged with attempted murder in a shooting last year.
A 54-year-old man was seriously wounded Sept. 13, in a shooting in the 600 block of Green Street.
Kevin Davis, 34, was charged with attempted murder in October after an investigation by the Violent Crimes Unit, Lt. Kevin Fair said. That charge was not previously made public.
Detective Anthony Abrams received information Thursday that Davis was at a park in the 100 block of Melrose Avenue, according to the report.
As officers went to the park, Surveillance Center personnel found Davis and told the officers where to go, Fair said.
Davis was arrested without incident.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
