A Camden County teen was killed Friday in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township.
Gina Alessandro, 18, of Somerdale was heading east in the left lane at about 1:30 p.m., when she lost control around mile marker 16.3, State Police Sgt. Jeff Flynn said.
Her car struck a Jeep then ran off the left side of the road, striking several trees, according to the report.
Alessandro was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Jeep was not injured.
The crash is under investigation, but no drugs or alcohol were believed to be involved.
