A local congressman's party switch has apparently been enough to bring the president to Cape May County.President Donald Trump plans a rally at the Wildwood Convention Center on Jan. 28 at 7 p.m.Second District U.S. Rep. Jeff Van Drew, who garnered national attention and a divided local reaction, is expected to arrive with him on Air Force One.It fulfills a promise the president made last month to the freshman representative who came in as a Democrat but is moving on as a Republican, the Daily Journal reported.
The announcement was made Monday night at the Keep America Great Rally.
