Three people are the latest Atlantic County deaths attributed to the coronavirus.
A 98-year-old Hammonton woman, 93-year-old Pleasantville woman and an 82-year-old Linwood man bring the total deaths to 208, county health officials announced Thursday.
The county also had 17 additional confirmed cases, bringing that total to 2,970.
More than halve are listed as recovered.
There were nine men ages 21 to 80 and eight women ages 24 to 64.
Today’s cases were identified as follows: three each in Absecon and Hamilton Township; two each in Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton and Mullica Township; and one each in Atlantic City, Brigantine, Egg Harbor City, Northfield and Port Republic.
Atlantic County will continue to COVID-19 testing by appointment for symptomatic county residents with a doctor’s prescription. The next day is from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in Northfield behind the county’s public works yard at Route 9 and Dolphin Avenue. Appointments can be made online at www.aclink.org.
