A Pennsylvania man pulled unconscious from the ocean off Atlantic City died Thursday.
Gustave Vincolato, 77, was pulled from the shallow water off the Ohio Avenue beach just after 3 p.m. by members of the Atlantic City Beach Patrol, police said.
Lifeguards gave him CPR, and then Vincolato was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy is being conducted by the Southern Regional Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
