After seeing spikes of COVID-19 in other states, the governor has canceled plans to reopen indoor dining.
"Given the current situation in numerous other states, we do not believe it is prudent for what is, in effect, a sedentary indoor activity," he said.
The resumption of indoor dining is not "put on pause until a later date."
Other openings continue, including Monday's reopening of shopping malls in a limited capacity.
Thursday remains the day for reopening other indoor activities, including museums, libraries and casinos.
