A Philadelphia man was arrested after a video of him crashing through the roof of a North Wildwood port-a-potty went viral.
Robert Daniels, 26, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after police investigated the video posted by Barstool Sports.
The video from Feb. 23, shows the man jumping from the seawall into the top of the portable toilet.
Both charges are disorderly persons offenses that will be heard in North Wildwood Municipal Court.
Daniels was released on a summons.
