Galloway Township police are looking for help finding the person who struck a jogger Thursday evening, and apparently fled.Hannah Wakeley, 26, was found by a police officer on North Leipzig Avenue just after 8 p.m., according to the report.She was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus with serious injuries, police said.It appears Wakeley was jogging between 7:30 and 8 p.m., when she was struck by a vehicle traveling north on Leipzig Avenue, police said.The suspect vehicle left the scene with possible front passenger side damage.Anyone with information is asked to call Officers Ron Gorneau or Steve Garrison at 609-652-3705.
