A member of the Atlantic City mayor's staff has tested positive for the coronavirus.
Mayor Marty Small was tested as a result and does not have COVID-19, according to a news release from his office.
The unnamed employee is in quarantine.
The mayor’s staff was being tested Monday, when the results were also expected to come back.
At this time, the office will operate remotely. But City Hall does remain open.
Small said his staff will continue to follow established COVID-19 protocols.
