State Police are on the scene of a motor vehicle crash with multiple injuries on the Garden State Parkway in Cape May County.
The crash happened at 2:34 p.m. around milepost 26.9 southbound in Upper Township, police said.
A sport utility vehicle overturned, and there were multiple injuries reported.
The left lane remained down as of 5 p.m.
