A woman and man died in what appears to be a murder-suicide in Vineland, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
Police were called to the Quality Inn on West Landis Avenue at about 1:18 p.m., and found a 41-year-old woman inside a vehicle dead from apparent gunshot wounds, according to the report.
Later, they found a 44-year-old man along a wooded fence line dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
No more information will be released this evening.
The Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and the Vineland Police Department are investigating.
