Atlantic City police have put out information to and to correct some bad rumors circulating about the death of a man last month.
The 21-year-old man was found dead in a tree in McClinton Park.
Despite rumors, his hands were not tied behind his back and a noose was not used, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
The exact cause of death is still awaiting the medical examiner's report. But it is not considered suspicious.
Police have been in contact with the man's family throughout the investigation.
