An Ocean County man wanted in the drug-induced death of a teenager was arrested Friday in Atlantic City.
David Belk, 45, of Little Egg Harbor Township, is accused of selling fentanyl and heroin to a16-year-old who died July 3.
Belk's alleged accomplice, 44-year-old Stephanie O’Neill is already jailed in the case.
Both are charged with first-degree strict liability drug-induced death and endangering the welfare of a child.
New Jersey Transit Police arrested Belk, who was in possession of heroin, according to a news release.
He is now in the Ocean County Jail awaiting a detention hearing.
