An Egg Harbor City man is charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed a Somers Point motorcyclist last year.
Steven Hanlin, 64, was driving on Clarks Landing Road in Port Republic on Oct. 3, 2020, when he went into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck Anthony Migliaccio.
Migliaccio, 63, a retired Ocean City firefighter and EMT, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hanlin was arrested Dec. 14, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill said.
Details on the charge were not released. But municipal court records show his charges at the time of the crash include operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs, reckless driving and unsafe lane change.
Hanlin was released from the Atlantic County Justice Facility on Dec. 21, following a detention hearing.
