Carbon monoxide poisoning likely killed two Egg Harbor Township men found dead inside a camper Tuesday.
Police were called to a wooded area in the township’s Farmington section at about 9:30 a.m. for two men dead inside a camper, Capt. Heath Per said.
Demetrio Serrano-Cruz, 59, and Rafael Morales, 69, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A preliminary investigation suggests the men were running a gas generator inside their camper and likely died from carbon monoxide poisoning, according to the report.
