An Atlantic City man has been indicted in a robbery that turned deadly last August.
Keshawn Faulkner, 23, is accused of killing Wayne Brown inside the Madison Hotel in Atlantic City just before noon Aug. 12.
Brown, 25, was found with a gunshot wound on the 11th floor of the hotel on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
The shooting was caught on surveillance video, according to the affidavit of probable cause obtained by BreakingAC.
Witnesses told police that Faulkner shot Brown while in the process of taking money from another man.
Faulkner was arrested four days later, and remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
He is charged with felony murder, which is a death that occurs during the commission of another crime.
Faulkner is also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
