The body of an Atlantic City woman reported missing last month was found in the water off Longport.
NJ State Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating her death.
Nguyet Mai was reported missing June 24, after her family said she left their home and was seen walking on Wine Street toward Iowa Avenue.
Police looking through surveillance video saw her walking on the Boardwalk around Florida Avenue before going onto the beach.
Mai, 51, was found in the Great Egg Harbor Inlet on the Fourth of July, Atlantic City police announced Wednesday.
