Three Cumberland County men are charged in connection to a shooting that killed a 10-year-old girl inside her home earlier this month.
Jasayde Holder had just finished fourth grade at the Dane Barse School in Vineland, when she was shot inside her West Earl Drive home in an apparent drive-by on the Fourth of July.
The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office has not released any information about who the intended target may have been.
Video and witness statements helped lead investigators to identify the suspect vehicle, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said Thursday.
That vehicle and its owner were located Wednesday, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
The owner, Xavier Bogan, admitted being the driver of the vehicle used in the killing, and admitted that several handguns were inside at the time, the affidavit states. Bogan, 20, of Upper Deerfield Township, also gave a statement implicating himself and the other two men now charged.
William L. Harris, 28, of Vineland, is charged with murder, aggravated manslaughter, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and weapons offenses in the killing and the earlier shooting.
Bogan and Karonjah Witt are charged with conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.
Witt, 28, of Vineland, is additionally charged with third-degree aggravated assault.
Bogan is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
All three men are in the Cumberland County Jail awaiting detention hearings.
