One male was killed and another wounded in a shooting Wednesday, the Atlantic County prosecutor said.
Police received a ShotSpotter alert just before 4 p.m. in the area of Maryland and Baltic avenues, Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
They arrived to find two males shot.
One of the victims died. The other is being treated.
No information about the victims was given, including ages and hometown.
This is an ongoing investigation between the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Atlantic City police.
No further information is being released.
