New Jersey voters approved a constitutional amendment in November legalizing marijuana. Now the state is working to develop and implement a regulatory framework to institute it.
Hudak has been studying cannabis policy since Colorado and Washington state first legalized recreational use in 2012.
He will place New Jersey in the context of how others states implemented regulations, what the effects have been and what lessons can be learned from those other states that guide the Garden State.
The Stockton American Democracy Project/Political Engagement Project and the Cannabis Studies Minor Program at Stockton are sponsoring the webinar.
After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about how to join the webinar.
