Atlantic City firefighters were on the scene of a house fire Tuesday afternoon.
The fire on North Kentucky Avenue near Stanley Holmes Village started in the attic, Fire Chief Scott Evans said.
No one was home at the time. No injuries were reported.
Evans lauded the quick actions of firefighters.
Rescue One forced entry into the home.
He said Engine 2's aggressive attack confined the fire to the second floor and attic.
