Police are investigating the death of an Atlantic City man last month, BreakingAC has confirmed.
The 27-year-old man died as the result of a gunshot wound to the head, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill said. But the death has not been deemed a homicide at this time.
The death happened at 33 S. Iowa Ave., Shill said.
Since the manner of death is pending, BreakingAC is not reporting the deceased man's name at this time.
The investigation is being conducted by the Atlantic City Police Department.
"His death is not deemed to be suspicious," Atlantic City Police Lt. Kevin Fair said. "No additional information will be released."
