Atlantic City police aided the FBI in apprehending a fugitive, BreakingAC has learned.
The man was taken into custody without incident in the 3600 block of Winchester Avenue, police said.
The heavy law enforcement presence along Albany Avenue on Wednesday afternoon garnered attention.
Video captured by Jessica Cintron shows the man shirtless and putting his hands up, then walking backward toward the city's Bear Cat vehicle with an officer out of the top hatch pointing a gun at him.
"Police can be heard telling someone to come out with their hands up," said Marcus Hughes, who captured video of the police blockade.
An FBI spokeswoman confirmed only that the bureau was in the city on law enforcement activity. She did not confirm an arrest nor any other details.
