Pedestrian injured in Pleasantville crash

A Pleasantville pedestrian was injured in a crash Sunday night.

Frank Guenther, 35, was walking west on the shoulder of the Black Horse Pike when he walked into the lane of travel, Capt. Stacey Schlachter said.

Guenther collided with the vehicle driven by Jermaine Sinclair, 36, of Greenwich, Cumberland County, according to the report. Guenther was struck by the front passenger fender and mirror.

The pedestrian’s injuries were not considered life-threatening. He suffered lacerations to the right side of his head and was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s City Campus by Tricare.

Sinclair was not injured.
