Vineland police are investigating a fatal shooting outside a Wawa on Thursday night.
Luis Rivera, 23, was shot as he left the store on Delsea Drive near West Park Avenue and Almond Road, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
Evidence indicates the shooting was not random, according to the early investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
