A teen told police a man tried to grab her off the street in Mullica Township on Saturday.
The 17-year-old was heading northeast on Weekstown Road toward Pleasant Mills Road when a man driving a red “beat up and dirty” car stopped, got out of the car, and grabbed her by the arm, police said.
She was able to kick the suspect and escape.
The make, model, and plate of the vehicle are not known.
A composite sketch of the suspect has been released.
He is described as a Hispanic male with a mustache wearing a beanie hat and dark-colored hoodie with a thick Spanish accent, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Mullica Police Detective Sgt. Paul Sarraf at 609-561-7600, ext. 150, Detective Andrew Symuleski at extension 153 or dispatch at 609-652-2037.
