Man sought in attack on daughter's mother in Galloway home

  • News

A man is wanted after he allegedly beat his baby daughter's mother inside her Galloway Township home.

Katherine Llerena was in the Intensive Care Unit for three days with a brain bleed after the May 13 attack, she told BreakingAC. Llerena has decided to let her name be made public.

"He would let me almost pass out, and then punch and kick me awake," she said.

The attack was in front of the couples 9-month-old daughter "who was screaming and crying," Llerena said.

It was all because she told him he couldn't use her new iPad, she said.

Dominic Peterson is wanted on a warrant for two counts of aggravated assault, including one for strangling a domestic violence victim, court records show.

He also faces a separate charge of theft by unlawful taking for stealing the iPad.

Police have not released anything on the incident, despite numerous requests for information.

Llerena has taken it upon herself to make sure people know what happened, and to have them on the lookout for Peterson.

She has posted his photo online and also tried keeping people aware of where he might be.
