An Atlantic City man was arrested with stolen handgun after he was found urinating on a porch, police said.
A ShotSpotter audio-gunshot detection alert brought officers to the 100 block of North Delaware Avenue at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
Officer Joseph Kelly arrived to find Gregory Baker urinating off a porch, according to the reportr.
The officer noticed a spent shell casing and a live round on the porch where Baker was standing.
He was then found in possession of a handgun and hollow-point bullets, Aristizabal said. The gun had been reported stolen from North Carolina.
Baker, 36, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, receiving stolen property and possession of hollow-point ammunition.
He is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
