An apparent murder-suicide is under investigation in Vineland.
Police were called to the 200 block of Wood Street at 6:19 a.m., Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McCrae said. They found a 48-year-old woman dead on the property from apparent gunshot wounds.
Officers then found the 50-year-old male suspect in the 2400 block of North Mill Road, dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Webb-McRae said.
Since the investigation involves a domestic violence matter, the names are not being released.
