A Gloucester County motorcyclist was killed when he was thrown from Harley Davidson in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway, State Police said.
Victor Lorraine, 63, of Erial, was heading west near milepost 28.5 in Hammonton when he struck a Subaru from behind, Trooper Brandi Slota said. The motorcycle overturned, and Lorraine was thrown off.
The Subaru ran off the road to the right and struck a tree, according to the report.
The driver, who sustained moderate injuries, was not identified.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
