A missing man who was thought to be in Atlantic City has been found safe, loved ones tell BreakingAC.
Anthony Collier’s mother had not spoken to her son since Oct. 8.
But on Wednesday, she said he was safe and getting help.
Police had put out a statewide search for the man.
