A multi-agency investigation led to 10 arrests, various drugs and a loaded handgun, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday.
The three-day investigation was conducted at various times in the day and night, and included the Prosecutor’s Office, Atlantic City Police Department and Atlantic County HIDTA Task Force
HIDTA stands for high-intensity drug-trafficking areas.
Police seized various quantities of suspected cocaine, heroin and fentanyl along with more than 11 pounds of marijuana, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The state is also moving to file drug-offender restraining orders against each defendant, which would bar them from the Boardwalk and surrounding areas.
Jamar Avril, 19, Atlantic City, and Tre Visco, 28, and Gabriel Santos, 20, both of Brigantine, were charged with the .22-caliber handgun loaded with hollow-point ammunition.
Their charges included distribution, possession of a firearm during the commission of a drug offense and person prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Phillip Love, 40, of Atlantic City, charged with distribution within 500 feet of a public zone.
Beth Rhody, 38, of Atlantic City, charged with possession, distribution and distribution within a public zone.
Joseph Hackney, 30, of Pennsauken, charged with theft of movable property worth more than $500.

Ralph Davis, 24, of Delanco; Kasheem Marshall, 47, of Newark, and Demetrius Bowman, 31, of Philadelphia, charged with distribution within 500 feet of a public zone.
Robert McCollum, 44, of Piscataway, charged with possession, distribution and distribution within 500 of a public zone.
