An 18-year-old man was wounded in a daylight shooting Wednesday.
The shooting happened outside the Carolina Village apartments in the 100 block of N. South Carolina Avenue, just down the street from City Hall.
The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s City Campus. His injuries were considered life-threatening, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
