Two Atlantic City men were arrested after they were allegedly seen in a drug deal last week.
Officer Gissell Garcia was conducting surveillance around Tennessee and Atlantic avenues due to complaints from merchants and residents about quality-of-life issues, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
She saw Rahim Bobo and Justin McCausland were seen in a sale, according to the report.
Bobo, 26, was arrested by Officer Jesse Oliver-Logan after he was found in possession of 85 bags of heroin, Fair said.
Justin McCausland, 31, was found with one bag and arrested by Officers Anthony Nastasi and Tyman Gordy located McCausland, according to the report.
Bobo was charged with two counts each of possession and possession with intent to distribute, along with possession within 500 feet of a public zone and money laundering.
McCausland was charged with one count of possession.
Both were released on summonses.
