An Egg Harbor Township wanted on gun charges was arrested by Atlantic City police last week.
Trasaan Jackson, 32, allegedly had a gun and made verbal threats to employees during a dispute last month at Monroe Muffler.
Police were called to the business at 3109 Hingston Ave. on March 6, Chief Fred Spano said.
Patrol officers found Jackson, who had left the scene in motor vehicle, according to the report.
An investigation by Detective Robert Harte that followed led to a handgun being found in the vehicle, Spano said.
Jackson was charged with terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, possession of a large-capacity magazine and possession by a certain person.
His criminal history dates more than a dozen years, and includes armed robbery and theft by unlawful taking, court records show.
Jackson could not be immediately located after the warrant was signed, Spano said.
He was arrested Wednesday in Atlantic City on the outstanding warrant.
Jackson is now in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
