An Egg Harbor Township man accused of peering in windows as three Atlantic City sisters undressed pleaded guilty Wednesday.
Zavier Clark, 30, was arrested in March, after the girls' mother found him looking in a bedroom window as her 14- and 16-year-old daughters got dressed.
When the woman screamed, Clark moved onto the bathroom window, where her 12-year-old was showering, according to the affidavit of probable cause, which lists his first name as Xavier.
He was positively identified by the girls and arrested.
He did not face any additional criminal charges for that. It was unclear if he was disciplined in the jail.
Clark pleaded guilty to fourth-degree invasion of privacy.
He faces an 18-month term when he is sentenced Sept. 26.
Clark is accused of walking through a fenced-in gate where the three girls live last Wednesday.
He remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
